This is Portia - she is a trained gourmet chef - she prefers saucier - but really she can create anything. She visits endlessly about her time at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and is appalled at fast food and wishes all who lived with her weighed at least 300 pounds. She has shared her feasts with us for over 12 years and we have to sneak "fast food" what she calls an oxymoron into the house. She sings us to sleep at night and has several cookbooks in the works.
